Initially launching Chair Yogis to offer accessible movement solutions for seniors and those with limited mobility, Dara soon recognized that these same techniques could greatly benefit desk-bound professionals. This led her to develop programs for the workplace, including Desk Yoga. As she worked more with corporate clients, Dara saw the need for quick, accessible wellness solutions that extend beyond yoga to address the modern sedentary lifestyle.


Dara created 6-Minute Wellness, a multi-faceted platform designed to support both physical and mental health in just minutes each day. The program combines her expertise as a certified Yoga Instructor and Breath Coach with her passion for neuroscience and exercise physiology, delivering short, evidence-based “brain and body breaks” that reduce stress, boost focus, and promote overall well-being.
6-Minute Wellness is designed for anyone who spends extended periods sitting—whether at a desk, in a classroom, or working remotely. With a foundation in movement and mindfulness, the program enhances productivity, reduces physical discomfort, and improves cognitive function, helping individuals perform at their best while prioritizing their health.
